The HCA Latin America Network is gaining momentum after the second HCA Latin America event, a two-week workshop from 26 April to 7 May, 2021.  

This Single-Cell RNA-Seq Data Analysis workshop taught participants how to design single-cell RNA-seq experiments, and manage and analyze data. The first week involved lectures and the second week was a hands-on workshop, using real single-cell RNA-seq datasets from different cancer types.
