HCA Hub Membership Portal and HCA website update

We are excited to announce a new platform called the HCA Hub, to help HCA members connect, chat and collaborate.
The new HCA Hub allows members to:
- Search and connect with other HCA members, to assist collaborations and further scientific discussions
- Post and view job and funding opportunities
- Share updates with the community all within one space.

We have also updated this website, including a mobile-friendly design, improved navigation, and dedicated pages for Regional Networks.
