To create comprehensive reference maps of all human cells—the fundamental units of life—as a basis for both understanding human health and diagnosing, monitoring, and treating disease.
The agenda for weeks 1 and 2 can be found here.
The purpose of this workshop was to instruct researchers and students on how to design single-cell RNA-seq experiments, manage and analyze data.
During the first week, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of single-cell RNA-seq data analysis workflows via lectures, this week was available to all.
The second week was a hands-on workshop, using real single-cell RNA-seq datasets from different cancer types.
